You have the right to access the information we hold for you at any time and can change or delete the data if you wish.
This can be done via email, telephone or in writing. Removing you from our database will mean we will no longer be able to contact you.
Please remember that no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, whilst we strive to protect your personal information, Malcolm Danford & Co cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us in this way. Once we receive your transmission, we make every effort to ensure it’s security on our system.
Your data is held on paper and electronic format and will usually be automatically deleted in paper format after 12 months, although we endeavour to contact you first before doing so. Information held electronically will be remain on our system but become inactive.
